Zeina Pink Himalayan Salt 550 g

Zeina Pink Himalayan Salt arrives as coarse rock crystals, uneven in shape and tinted anywhere from near-white to a soft rose pink. The crystals are hard and dry, so they rattle loose inside a grinder and crush evenly under a pestle without clumping. On the tongue the taste is simply saline and clean. Fill a mill and grind it over grilled meat, salad and eggs at the table, drop the crystals whole into brines and pickling liquid, scatter them across flatbread before baking, or pack them into a bed for salt-baked fish. The pink flecks look striking in a clear glass grinder or a small dish beside the plates. Supplied in a resealable pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

ملح الهيمالايا الوردي من زينة يأتي بلورات صخرية خشنة غير متساوية الشكل، بتدرّجات لونية من الأبيض تقريباً إلى الوردي الهادئ. البلورات صلبة وجافة، فتتحرك بسهولة داخل المطحنة وتُسحق بانتظام تحت المدقّة دون أن تتكتّل. وطعمه على اللسان مالح صريح ونظيف. تُملأ به المطحنة ليُطحن فوق المشويات والسلطة والبيض على السفرة، وتُلقى بلوراته كاملة في محاليل التمليح وماء المخلّل، أو تُنثر على الخبز قبل الخبز، أو تُرصّ طبقةً لشوي السمك بالملح. ونقاطه الوردية تبدو لافتة في مطحنة زجاجية شفافة أو وعاء صغير جانب الأطباق. يأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
