Zeina Orange Cardamom

Zeina Orange Cardamom is whole pods finished in a warm orange hue, part of the same Gulf coffee custom that gives us red cardamom but with a lighter, sunnier look on the tray. The pods are firm and closed with the seeds held inside, and the aroma sits between the two familiar grades: clearly cardamom, a little rounder and toastier than green pods, without the deeper smokiness of the red. Crush three or four into the dallah with saffron and clove for qahwa, or use them whole in rice, milk desserts and stewed dried fruit. The colour makes them a favourite for majlis presentation and for gift boxes at Eid. Packed in a resealable pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

الهيل البرتقالي من زينة حبوب كاملة بلون برتقالي دافئ، وهو جزء من التقليد الخليجي نفسه الذي جاء منه الهيل الأحمر، لكن بمظهر أفتح وأكثر إشراقاً على الصينية. الحبوب متينة ومغلقة وحبّاتها محفوظة داخلها، وعطرها يقع بين الدرجتين المعروفتين: هيل واضح، أكثر استدارة وتحميصاً من الحبوب الخضراء، ودون العمق المدخّن في الأحمر. تُدقّ ثلاث أو أربع حبات في الدلّة مع الزعفران والقرنفل للقهوة العربية، أو تُستخدم كاملة في الأرز والحلويات اللبنية والفواكه المجففة المطبوخة. لونها يجعلها مفضّلة لتقديم المجلس وعلب الهدايا في العيد. تأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
