Zeina Onion Powder 120 g

Ground from dried onion into a fine, free-flowing beige powder, Zeina Onion Powder carries the savoury sweetness of cooked onion without the chopping, the tears or the pan. A teaspoon stands in for a good amount of fresh onion, and because there is no moisture it spreads evenly through a mixture instead of catching and scorching at the edges. Work it into dry rubs for chicken, kofta and grilled meat, whisk it into dough for bread and savoury pastry, or stir it through labneh dips, mayonnaise, salad dressings and soup bases. It is also a quiet backbone in home spice blends and in burger mince. Packed in a resealable pouch that keeps the powder loose. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
