Zeina Extra Fine Icing Sugar 350 g

Milled far finer than granulated sugar, Zeina Extra Fine Icing Sugar is a powder soft enough to feel like flour between the fingers and to melt on the tongue without a trace of grain. It dissolves instantly, which is what makes it right for uncooked mixtures. Sift it through a small sieve over maamoul, ghraybeh, luqaimat, brownies and kunafa, beat it with butter for buttercream and biscuit dough, or whisk it with a little water, lemon juice or milk for a glaze that sets firm on cakes and doughnuts. It also sweetens cold cream fillings and whipped toppings without any grittiness. Always sift before use. Supplied in a resealable pouch that keeps the powder loose and dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

سكر البودرة ناعم جداً من زينة مطحون أدقّ بكثير من السكر الحبيبي، مسحوق يبدو كالدقيق بين الأصابع ويذوب على اللسان دون أثر حبيبي. يذوب فوراً، ولهذا هو المناسب للخلطات غير المطبوخة. انخله بمنخل صغير فوق المعمول والغريبة واللقيمات والبراوني والكنافة، واخفقه مع الزبدة لكريمة الزبدة وعجين البسكويت، أو اخفقه مع قليل من الماء أو عصير الليمون أو الحليب لصنع طبقة لامعة تتماسك على الكيك والدونات. يحلّي كذلك حشوات الكريمة الباردة والقشدة المخفوقة بلا أي خشونة. انخله دائماً قبل الاستخدام. يأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق يحفظ المسحوق ناعماً جافاً. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
