Zeina Classical Spices

For cooks who want a single blend to reach for on an ordinary evening, Zeina Classical Spices are it. The mix is mid-brown and evenly milled, an all-purpose seasoning leaning on black pepper, coriander and cinnamon, warm and rounded rather than sharp, with no chilli bite. Its job is to season broadly: a pinch in minced meat, a spoonful in a vegetable pot, a dusting over chicken before it goes into the oven. Add it early so it cooks into the dish, or fry it briefly in oil with onion to draw the aroma out. Good in stuffed vegetables, tomato-based stews, kofta and rice pilaf. Keep it near the stove; it earns its place. Comes in a resealable pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

لمن يريد خلطة واحدة يمدّ يده إليها في أي مسائية عادية، بهارات كلاسيك من زينة هي تلك الخلطة. مزيج متعدد الاستخدامات بلون بني متوسط ومطحون بانتظام، يعتمد على الفلفل الأسود والكزبرة والقرفة، دافئ ومتوازن أكثر من كونه حادّاً، وبلا لسعة شطة. مهمّته أن يتبّل كل شيء: رشّة في اللحم المفروم، وملعقة في قدر الخضار، وقليل على الدجاج قبل دخوله الفرن. يُضاف مبكراً ليطبخ مع الطبق، أو يُقلى لحظات في الزيت مع البصل ليخرج عطره. ممتاز في المحاشي واليخنات بالطماطم والكفتة والأرز المبهّر. اجعله قريباً من الموقد فهو يستحق مكانه. يأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
