Zeina Chicken Shawarma Spices carry the bright side of the shawarma family: a golden-yellow blend where coriander, turmeric and dried lemon come forward and the warm spices stay in the background. Crack the pouch open and the scent is citrus-lifted and gently earthy rather than sweet. Heat is mild. Whisk it into yoghurt with garlic, oil and vinegar, marinate chicken thighs for a few hours, then grill, roast or pan-sear the meat and slice it thin. Pile it into saj bread with garlic sauce, pickles and fries, or serve it over rice with a tomato and cucumber salad. It also lifts chicken tray bakes and shawarma-style fattoush bowls. بهارات شاورما الدجاج من زينة تمثّل الوجه المشرق في عائلة الشاورما: خلطة صفراء ذهبية تتقدّم فيها الكزبرة والكركم والليمون المجفف، وتبقى البهارات الدافئة في الخلف. عند فتح الكيس تأتي الرائحة حمضية منعشة مع لمسة ترابية هادئة أكثر من كونها حلوة. حرارتها خفيفة. تُخفق مع الزبادي والثوم والزيت والخل، ويُنقع فيها أوراك الدجاج ساعات، ثم تُشوى أو تُحمّر في الفرن أو المقلاة وتُقطّع شرائح رقيقة. يُحشى بها خبز الصاج مع صوص الثوم والمخلل والبطاطس، أو تُقدّم فوق الأرز مع سلطة الطماطم والخيار. تناسب أيضاً صواني الدجاج بالخضار وأطباق الفتوش بالشاورما. تأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
