Zeina Chamomile Flowers Herbal Tea

Zeina Chamomile Flowers Herbal Tea is made of whole dried flower heads rather than dust or cut leaf, so the pale yellow centres and the papery white petals are still visible in the pouch. The infusion is caffeine-free and brews to a clear golden colour, with an aroma of apple, hay and light honey. Use one teaspoon per cup, pour water just off the boil, cover and steep for five minutes, then strain and serve plain, with honey, or with a slice of lemon. It is the cup most families reach for in the evening, after dinner or with the last of the majlis conversation. Add a bruised cardamom pod for a Gulf twist. Packed in a resealable pouch that protects the delicate heads. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
