Zeina BBQ Spices

Zeina Barbecue Spices are a dry rub built for the grill, deep brick-red flecked with darker specks and coarse enough to cling to meat. Open the pouch and the smell is smoky and sweet at once, with paprika and toasted pepper leading and a low, warm chilli note behind them. Heat sits at the mild-to-medium mark, so it seasons without overwhelming. Rub it generously over chicken thighs, lamb chops or beef skewers with a little oil and leave it half an hour before the coals go on. It also works stirred into burger mince, dusted over grilled corn and potato wedges, or brushed on with tomato paste for sticky ribs. A staple for weekend grills and family gatherings. Supplied in a resealable pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

بهارات الباربكيو من زينة خلطة جافة صُنعت للمشاوي، بلون أحمر قرميدي غامق تتخلله نقاط أدكن وبجرش خشن يتعلّق باللحم. عند فتح الكيس تصل الرائحة مدخّنة وحلوة في الوقت نفسه، يتقدّمها البابريكا والفلفل المحمّص وتقف خلفها لمسة شطة دافئة هادئة. الحرارة بين الخفيفة والمتوسطة، فتُتبّل دون أن تطغى. تُفرك بسخاء على أوراك الدجاج أو ريش الغنم أو أسياخ اللحم مع قليل من الزيت وتُترك نصف ساعة قبل إشعال الفحم. تصلح أيضاً للخلط مع لحم البرغر، أو رشّها على الذرة المشوية وأصابع البطاطس، أو دهنها مع معجون الطماطم للأضلاع. رفيق أساسي لمشاوي نهاية الأسبوع واللقاءات العائلية. تأتي في كيس قابل لإعادة الإغلاق. يُحفظ في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس المباشرة.
