Mix it with olive oil, lemon and garlic as a marinade for chicken, lamb chops and fish, toss it with potatoes before roasting, spoon it over labneh and white cheese, or knead it into bread and manakish dough. It also seasons tomato sauces and lentil soup. Add it early in cooking so the leaf has time to soften. Supplied in a resealable pouch.
